Adam Alteration Policy & Customer Agreement

1. Inspection & Approval

All garments are inspected at drop-off. Alteration details, notes, and pickup dates are confirmed at that time.

Once the customer approves the work, it is considered final.

2. Fit Guarantee

If an alteration does not match the agreed instructions, we are happy to adjust it at no extra charge.

Requests for changes that differ from the original instructions may require an additional fee.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of alteration services, all sales are final.

Refunds are not offered once work has begun. Adjustments are the primary resolution.

4. Fabric & Garment Condition

We are not responsible for issues caused by:

  • Old, delicate, stretched, or weakened fabrics

  • Previous alterations done elsewhere

  • Manufacturer defects or hidden damage

These risks are accepted by the customer upon drop-off.

5. After Pickup Responsibility

Once the garment is picked up, worn, or washed, Adam Alteration is not responsible for fit or damage concerns.

6. Abandoned Items

Items left over 90 days after the pickup date may be donated or disposed of without compensation.

7. Leather Alterations

Leather garments are altered with professional care; however, due to the nature of leather, slight marks or variations may occur and are not considered defects.

8. Customer Conduct

We are committed to respectful service. Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and service may be refused.

9. Online Reviews & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly with any concerns so we can resolve them fairly and professionally.

10. Agreement

By leaving a garment with Adam Alteration, the customer agrees to all policies listed above.
