1. How long will the alterations take?
- Our typical turnaround time is between 7 to 14 days, depending on the complexity of the work and our current workload. If you require your garments sooner, we do offer rush services for an additional fee. We charge a 30% urgency fee for expedited alterations needed within 48 hours
What types of alterations do you offer?
We offer a wide range of alterations including hemming, taking in or letting out garments, sleeve adjustments, and more. Feel free to inquire about any specific alterations you need.

Are fittings included in the alteration process?
If a customer wants their garment altered by us, we'll take measurements for them and provide the service. However, if the customer requests to take their measurements and wants the alteration done elsewhere, we'll charge them $50. Now, if the customer comes back after a month or two,
or whenever, claiming that the measurements taken were incorrect or the garment has issues, how do we know if it's the same garment we altered, the customer cover the repair costs
How Can I Pay?
We utilize secure online payment methods. Once your alterations are complete, we'll send you an invoice via both text message and email. You can securely pay your invoice through these channels. Please ensure that payment is cleared prior to picking up your items.
Do we need to schedule an appointment or can we walk in?
For both pick-up and fittings, arrangements are necessary. While appointments aren't required for pick-up, please call or email us beforehand to ensure your garments are ready.
When Can i Pay?
Clients must make full payment prior to pick-up. Additionally, if items remain in our location for more than 7 days, a storage fee will be applied at a rate of $2 per day.
